GREAT FALLS COLLEGE MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY
GRADUATING 330 STUDENTS
Great Falls, MT—Saturday, May 9th 2015 at 4pm, Great Falls College Montana State University will graduate 330 students who have successfully completed the required course work to obtain an Associate’s Degree or Certificate.
Graduation will be held in the McLaughlin Center at the University of Great Falls, located just North of Great Falls College MSU. Graduation is open to the public, and seating will begin at 3:00pm. The McLaughlin Center is located at 1301 20th Street South, Great Falls, Montana.
Dr. Susan J. Wolff, CEO/Dean of Great Falls College MSU will confer 388 degrees and certificates Saturday to 330 students. Of those 330 Students, 51 will receive multiple degrees, and 50 will graduate with High Honors. The average age of the Class of 2015 Great Falls College graduates is nearly 29.
This last academic year, the average age of students attending Great Falls College was nearly 31, with 37% being first generation students. Nearly 36% of students have children living at home who depend upon their care, and over 70% of students worked at least part time, with over 46% working 30 or more hours a week while attending college. “At each commencement, I stand in awe of the accomplishments of our students. It is a privilege for us to work with our students. They leave with an education and skills, we are left with enriched lives,” said Wolff.
