All other applicants will be charged a $30.00 fee for each application submitted.
2. Provide College Transcript(s)
Submit an official transcript from the last college you attended. Note: if you want previous college credit evaluated for use here, you must provide official transcripts from each college attended.
3. Submit Immunization Records
Submit documentation that verifies you have received two MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccinations.

I attended an MSU affiliated campus in the last five years
If you have earned college credits from an MSU school, you can use the Multi-Campus Application Request Form. (MSU (Bozeman and Gallatin), MSU Billings (and City College), or MSU Northern (Havre). You will need your Net ID and password to log into Banner Web/My Info to access the application form.
- Apply using the Multi-Campus Application Request Form by choosing the school where you have earned credits..
- This process automatically transfers your file to Great Falls College so simply wait for our office to contact you with next steps.

I attended college in Montana but at a non-MSU school
If you have earned college credits in the last five years from a public campus in Montana that is not affiliated with MSU, you may use the Transmittal Application.
- Contact the Registrar’s Office on your previous campus to get the Transmittal Form.
- Complete the transmittal form and pay $8 to have your file sent to Great Falls College.
- Wait for our office to contact you with next steps.
Get your previous college credit evaluated
If you want your previous college credits evaluated for use at Great Falls College, you must provide official transcripts from any previous institutions. Credits from other appropriately-accredited institutions may be accepted as they apply to the established course requirements of Great Falls College. You may also be asked to provide catalog descriptions or course syllabi to help with evaluation.
Note about official transcripts:
- Official college transcripts must be issued directly from the college or university and must be sent directly to Great Falls College.
- An OFFICIAL [paper] transcript is printed on special, watermarked paper. Official paper transcripts are sent in a sealed, signature-stamped envelope.
- An electronic transcript is considered OFFICIAL if the intended party is the direct email recipient. If emailed to the requestor, then forwarded, it is then considered UNOFFICIAL.
- An electronic transcript which is printed then re-scanned in an email is considered UNOFFICIAL.
- Have previous college credits? You can check if your credits will transfer here but if you want those credits evaluated for use at Great Falls College, you need to provide official transcripts.
