This program is designed to prepare you for entry-level employment in the office setting in a variety of industries. You will be prepared to work in private or governmental agencies as office clerks, administrative assistants and other related positions designed to support the business operations of an organization. The Great Falls College Office Support program is designed to be flexible. The entire program can be completed online, and you have the option to take classes in a variety of formats.

I graduated with a certificate of applied science in Office Support. I plan to start my (concrete) business this summer, and when it gets up off the ground, I am going to come back and get the two-year degree in Office Management and Supervision in the fall.
The Certificate of Applied Science degree in Office Support is designed to allow students to work in the field directly after graduation. Those who desire to continue their education in the business field may choose to pursue one of the following associate degrees at Great Falls College:
