Purpose

The Employee Engagement Committee at Great Falls College aims to foster a vibrant campus culture by creating excitement around activities and events. The committee is responsible for planning and implementing a diverse range of employee engagement initiatives, promoting a sense of community among staff members.

Areas of responsibility

  • Develop annual schedule of employee engagement activities
  • Plan and oversee activities
  • Provide communication to campus regarding activities
