Strategic Planning

Forging Futures, the 2022-2027 strategic plan, was developed with campus input and provided the framework the College used to identify strategic initiatives. All units and committees align strategic goals to plan and then report bi-annual updates on their strategic action plans. The Strategic Analysis and Reporting Committee monitors progress on all target metrics and provides monthly updates at College Council. Annual summaries highlighting accomplishments and lessons learned are shared at August’s Convocations beginning in 2024.
