Where Can I View / Pay My Bill?
STUDENTS
- You need to log into your BannerWeb/MyInfo account with your Net ID and password. Select Billing and Payment. Choose the appropriate term. Click on the QuikPAY link at the bottom of the page. Once logged into QuikPAY, you can choose “View & Pay Accounts” or establish an authorized payer account to allow a third party (i.e. parent) to make online payments on your behalf.
- Students must set up a third party as Authorized Payers in the QuikPAY system before the third party can access the system. If your student has set you up as an Authorized Payer, then you can access your account HERE.

How do I receive My Refund?
You will have your check mailed to you if you did not set up direct deposit. We encourage everyone to make sure your address is correct. If you have moved, address changes must be made in writing with Admissions.
About Us
About Us:
The Great Falls College Student Accounts office is responsible for the timely and accurate posting of payments and charges on student account receivables.
Tuition and fees are assessed on a student’s account when registered for classes. Bill notifications are emailed regularly. Students can view their bills in BannerWeb/MyInfo and QuikPAY.
If a third party is paying for a student’s tuition and fees, and/or books/supplies, it is the responsibility of the student to provide information and documentation to the Student Accounts office.
If federal financial aid is paying for a student’s tuition and fees, it is the responsibility of the student to communicate with the Financial Aid office.
If the student expects scholarships to apply to their account, it is their responsibility to communicate with the Financial Aid office.
Anything not covered by financial aid, scholarships, or a third party will be the responsibility of the student.
Deferred fee payment plans and past due payment plans are available to all students.
