Mission Statement
The Great Falls College Student Accounts office strives in helping our students and families with their financial obligations to the college by providing accurate and current financial information in a timely manner.
Important Dates to Remember
Bills Due Dates
- 1st payment Deadline due date: December 30, 2024
- If registered after Dec. 30th, due date: January 13, 2025
- 2nd payment due date: February 13, 2025
- 3rd payment due date: March 17, 2025
- 4th payment due date: April 17, 2025
- Final due date: May 9, 2025
Refund & Bookstore Charge Dates
Students who have adequate financial aid to pay tuition and fees and books may elect to have a bookstore charge account created at the Great Falls College Bookstore.
Individual students may be assigned a lower charge limit, based on the student’s available financial aid. Contact the Financial Aid Office to request an increase in the charge limit.
